Our recommended age is 5 and under. Our equipment is safe to use for small, developing children that can play well together with other children of similar or close in age & built. Older children tend to be unintentionally more rough with play and may be too big to safely play with smaller children in the play area. The play area is meant to be a fun and safe environment for kids when properly supervised by adults. Restricting the age limit is one way to keep the area safe and enjoyable to the little ones. 

We recommend offering an older child activity, such as a bounce house, if 6+ aged children will be present & may be tempted to join the little ones. 

Yes: Choose the custom soft play option and be detailed on the booking form about your party theme, colors, and inspiration of your party theme. 

Add-on personalized decals to your rental.

You get the set-up up to 4 hours for your child and their tiny guests to enjoy! You may request an earlier pick-up time if you need the area cleared sooner. No discount will be given for earlier pick up. Latest pick-up time is 8 PM.

Need more time? $50 per additional hour. 

Our rental prices include delivery, set-up & pick-up when renting within 25 miles of 76140.

 If event is:

• Up to 10 Add'l miles outside of 76140 = $25
• Distance over 35 miles from 76140 is considered Extended Travel.
• Extended Travel = $2 per mile.

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers via our safe and secure HoneyBook booking system.  The balance will be collected at set-up via cash, apple-pay, or zelle. 

We post any sales & promotions on our social media pages. Please follow us on our social media sites to keep up! Returning customers receive a 10% off loyal customer discount when providing the date of last booking with us. Must book early to ensure availability for your date.

We know that you cannot control or predict the weather & we still want the party to go on even when the weather does not cooperate. 

• In case of rain & thunderstorms we highly recommend that you have a plan B to set-up indoors if originally planning to be outdoors. 
• In case of snow & ice that are making the road conditions dangerous to drive on, we will cancel & refund you 100%. Safety first!

We reserve the right to reschedule pending date availability or cancel the rental all together if you are unable to set-up indoors during inclement weather conditions.
