Booking, Safety & Play Area Rules

Booking with us...

We hope you have had time to browse our site & learn about our soft play rental details.

   

  • We require a $75 deposit to book & secure date via our online booking system. This will go towards your balance.  
  • The balance must be paid the day of event at set-up. 
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, you may use the deposit towards your new date.  New date &/or set-up availability is not guaranteed.
  • A $25 delivery fee is applied to any event outside our 25-mile service zone up to 35 mi. & $2 every mile above that up to 45 mi. 
  • We require a flat, even, clear of debris, and dry surface when setting up outside for our all of our packages. 
  • We require a shaded area for all outdoor set-ups during >70-degree weather months to prevent equipment from getting too hot & for the safety of the children. 
  • Latest pick-up time is 8 PM.
  • If there is extensive cleaning or damage on the equipment. You will be billed for cleaning, repair, or replacement cost. 
  • You must pay deposit, read, agree, and sign our rental waiver/contract within 24 hrs. of receiving it via mail to be fully booked.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the date or soft playground.

Safety First!

At Happy Tot Soft Play we want your mobile soft play experience to be memorable, but we know that with any type of play comes with risk of injury, especially with active and daring children. Because  we will not be present to supervise the safe use of the your chosen Happy Tot Soft Play set-up, the party host and the parents/guardians of the children are responsible for the safety & well being of their children at all times.  It is the responsibility of the party host to communicate this with their guests. 


The following are Happy Tot Play Area Rules: 


  • Children must be supervised by an adult (18 yr old)/parent/guardian while in play area at all times.   
  • No shoes, sneakers, high heels, flip flops, or sandals are allowed in play area. SOCKS PLEASE!  
  • NO food, drinks or sweets, or gum allowed in play area   
  • NO diving into the ball pit  
  • NO equipment should be removed from play area  
  • Balls must be inside ball pit at scheduled pick-up 
  • Play areas are designed for children under 5 years ONLY. ​ 
  • No paint or stain/mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) substances are allowed in soft play areas  
  • No more than the recommended amount of players on unit at any time  
  • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, etc.)   
  • DO NOT enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems    


***The host will receive an official contract and liability waiver with detailed rental rules/agreement upon booking our services that is required to be signed and returned with deposit within 24 hrs to secure your date.
